Playoffs Sports Bar & Grill: Your Go-To Spot for Great Food and Fun in Romulus

My first time trying Playoffs bar. Absolutely amazing service from our bartender!! She was on top of her game. Excellent food, I got the burger and fries and it was cooked perfectly!

Had a good time playing karaoke Actually won a prize lol The waitress Brooklyn was very nice and inviting. She made me feel welcome. I wish she would had come to the table more but it looks like there were only 2 ladies working. We plan on going back.

Great gem for DTW travelers and locals. <10 min drive from McNamara, Evans, rental lots, or the not-so-good hotels area restaurants. Owner operated, food is well priced, burgers/food cooked at your view. Patrons are mostly locals which removes a lot of the obnoxious corporate travel crowd. Clean restrooms, good music, pool tables and a patio to enjoy on the good summer / fall days.

I come here for TNF almost every Thursday for the drinks and socialization. Cas and Ryan are my 2 favorite bartenders in the world. They're super attentive, making sure you don't have to wait long for anything. Cas makes a delicious old fashioned. The food here is delicious, I sometimes come here just for lunch as well. Get the bacon cheeseburger:) Can't really get any better for a neighborhood bar.

Its that time of year folks, where the leaves are starting to turn, the air is getting crispier, and sports are winding up or winding down, with that said LETS GET TO PLAYOFFS!! OMG THE BURGER! I had heard that this place had very good burgers but alot of people say that about places. However, this place is TRUE. With nothing to mask the flavor just lettuce, tomato and onion the flavor of the burger was able to come through. It was thick and juicy, not dry, it had flavor that you could actually taste. Like you made it at home. My friend had the corned beef sandwich, no saurkraut, there was plenty of meat so there wouldn't have been any room and I feel it would've drowned the flavor of the corn beef. Along with the sandwi he's we had fries that were thick steak fries which was a good considering almost everyone is using the shoestring fries. Make sure Irene is cookking. While we were waiting on our food we had long Island iced teas that were strong! I sipped mine since I was the DD, whereas my friend was feeling hers by the time the food arrived. While we were waiting on the food I noticed that people were bringing small buckets to the bar. They were beer buckets. They were filled with ice and 6 or more beers were in them and sent back to the table less waste and a great way of cleaning up! Penny, the bartender has a great personality and is a joy to talk to while u wait for your food. There is plenty of seating especially since they added the outdoor patio. There's also special parking for motocycles.
